- TDS refund claims will take a minimum of 15 business days to be processed depending upon the monthly cycle.
- Credit bureau related concerns may take up to 7 business days to be resolved, as the matter needs to be raised to different credit information bureaus.
- Generally, resolution will be provided in 7 days but may also depend on the type of service request being made and the dependency on the customer related actions.

In-case you haven’t received any revert from us, we request you to call us and confirm your email address or check your junk or spam folders.
- Although we will ensure that all your queries and requests get resolved as per your satisfaction , you can always escalate the same to [email protected] in case there is any delay in resolution .
